Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years applicable work experience in clinical research with demonstrated leadership across strategy.
• Broad understanding of global pharmaceutical and biotech industries and drug development processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication, with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to influence without authority and establish relationships across locations.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking to evaluate complex issues and drive decisions.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of driving innovation and operational improvements in trials.

Responsibilities

• Provides input and develops the site-specific engagement strategy for assigned sites.
• Builds and manages relationships with investigative sites with a white-glove service approach.
• Raises the bar to anticipate site needs and mitigates issues in a timely manner.
• Maintains a solution-oriented mindset to resolve complex operational issues.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to align cross-functional teams across sites.
• Oversees performance metrics across studies and ensures quality at sites.
• Reviews forecasts and site capacity for strategic resource planning.
