• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree; health related preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinically related experience with monitoring.
• Familiarity with risk-based monitoring, on-site and off-site monitoring.
• Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration among stakeholders.
• Strong planning and organisational skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Sponsor contact for investigative sites, coordinating trials.
• Train and motivate site staff and principal investigators on trial goals.
• Conduct site evaluations, training, monitoring, and site closures with QA.
• Develop site engagement strategy and report progress using tools.
• Ensure data quality and timely reporting of safety events.
