Job summary

Worldline Service Australia invites a motivated dashboard and reporting analyst to build and enhance service reporting for banking and payments clients. You will translate contractual SLAs into KPI calculations, source data, and deliver monthly reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI or Tableau.

You will collaborate with Data Engineers, ITSM teams and AI Developers to automate reporting and improve governance meetings, contributing to reliable payment services and exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Experience with service reporting and SLA interpretation.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• SQL knowledge is desirable.
• Experience in financial services or payments is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Service Now, Jira and Slack is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts and define KPI calculations.
• Identify data sources and develop monthly service reports.
• Create dashboards and document reporting processes.
• Automate reporting with Data Engineers and AI Developers.
• Support governance meetings.
