Job summary

Preacta Recruitment seeks a Senior Product Designer for a contract until June 2027 in Sydney. The role centers on strategy-led UX built on a mature design system, with 2 days a week in the office. You will shape rewards experiences across web and mobile and own your space within a product squad.

You will sit with a Product Manager, Business Analysts, and fellow designers, tackling multi-sided integrations with external partners and a focus on measurable outcomes. Interview process: 2 rounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in UX/UI or product design with senior ownership.
• Experience designing within and evolving design systems.
• Ability to present design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Portfolio showing strategic thinking and craft from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and UX through discovery, problem framing, journey mapping, concepting, prototyping and testing.
• Build UI on an established design system and contribute to its library.
• Present and defend design decisions to senior internal leaders and external partners.
• Drive ambiguous problems to clear, validated solutions with minimal hand-holding.
• Collaborate with product, BAs, engineering and designers to hit business metrics.
