Stake Australia is seeking a Product Designer to craft thoughtful, high-impact product experiences. You will combine UX craft with product thinking to solve complex problems in practical, elegant ways. The role can be calibrated for mid or senior levels and emphasizes collaboration with product managers and engineers in a growing company.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in UX or product design roles, ideally in SaaS or complex software environments.
• Strong experience across the full design lifecycle: discovery, wireframing, prototyping, high‑fidelity design, and validation.
• Ability to design elegant solutions for technically complex workflows and data-rich products.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end‑to‑end design work from discovery through to delivery across new and existing product areas.
• Conduct and synthesize user research including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and workflow analysis.
• Translate complex product and technical requirements into intuitive workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers to shape solutions that balance user value, technical feasibility, and business goals.
• Identify usability issues and proactively drive improvements across the product experience.
