Job summary

Pallara State School in Queensland is seeking a capable Business Manager to support school operations and strategic planning. You will deliver corporate services in line with Department policy and provide regular strategic advice to the leadership team.

Reporting to the Principal and liaising with Heads of Campus, Deputy Principals and HOD-Cs, you will lead service development, supervise a diverse support staff, and help drive process improvements while maintaining a positive school community.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice and manage corporate services.
• Lead service development and supervise school support staff.
• Participate in management decisions to improve business processes.
• Act as interface between school management and the school community.
• Report to the Principal and liaise with Heads of Campus and Deputy Principals.
