Responsibilities

• Operate autonomously to deliver business services in a complex school environment.
• Provide administrative support including reports, correspondence, and problem solving.
• Supervise and manage school support staff and coordinate recruitment and relief.
• Assist Principal with budget and daily financial activities including payroll and purchasing.
• Advise on facilities, maintenance budgets, and procurement of resources.
• Build networks with other Business Managers and community representatives.
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills to support students in sensitive situations.
