Queensland Government, in partnership with a school, is seeking a Business Manager to deliver strategic advice and manage the development and delivery of corporate services in line with department policy.

You will lead the direction setting and supervise a diverse support staff workforce, participate in management team decision making, and drive process improvements that benefit school operations and the community.

About Us:Our school has high expectations on student behaviour and takes pride in providing a supportive and nurturing climate where every child can feel that they belong and can achieve success.About the Role:As the Business Manager you will provide regular strategic advice and manage the development and delivery of a range of corporate services in accordance with department policy.In line with the school workforce plan as determined by the Principal, lead and inspire the direction setting, development of services, enhancement of school support staff skills and supervision of a diverse and multidisciplinary support staff workforce.Actively participate in school management team decision making processes with regard to the provision of corporate services to support school operations and seek out opportunities to challenge existing business service processes, recommending alternative approaches that drive process improvement.The role provides an efficient and effective interface between the school management team and school community.The Business Manager reports to the Principal and liaises with Heads of Campus, Deputy Principals and HOD-Cs.Interested?
