Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead school-wide business and corporate services, partnering with the Principal to support priorities and improve operations.
• Oversee business systems, processes and policy compliance within established budgets.
• Manage human resources for school support staff including recruitment, performance, development and workplace wellbeing.
• Direct financial planning and budget management, monitor performance and allocate resources to meet department requirements.
• Oversee facilities management, asset planning and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
