Job summary

Caboolture Montessori School invites applications for the role of Business Manager. Reporting to the Principal, the role leads administrative, financial and corporate services with a view to long-term sustainability and growth within a Montessori setting.

The successful candidate will bring hands-on school operations experience, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with TASS. CPA/CA qualifications are highly regarded, and flexible arrangements may be negotiable.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in business operations of an independent or non-government school.
• Experience in financial management, payroll, government grants, funding mechanisms, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative, financial and corporate services for the School.
• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership to ensure sustainability and growth.
• Manage IT, facilities and administration within a Montessori environment.
• Ensure governance, compliance and policy adherence across operations.
