The successful candidate will manage finance, payroll, HR, IT and facilities, ensuring robust reporting and stakeholder engagement while upholding the school’s commitment to high standards and community values.

Qualificações

• Proven hands-on experience in the business operations of a school, including financial management, payroll, government grants, funding mechanisms, and reporting.
• Strong governance, compliance, policies, systems, and admin functions with proficiency in TASS software.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee administrative, financial and corporate services of the school.
• Lead long-term sustainability and growth planning for the school.
• Manage governance, compliance and reporting obligations.
• Direct HR, IT, facilities and administration operations.
• Oversee capital assets including procurement, maintenance and risk management.
• Engage with Montessori philosophy and school community to support a high-performing staff culture.
