Job summary

Showtime Consulting Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to plan, coordinate, and manage delivery activities across government and enterprise initiatives.

You will develop integrated schedules, monitor risks, and provide governance-ready insights to stakeholders. The role involves close collaboration with Project Managers, Delivery Leads, and technical teams across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining project schedules in complex environments.
• Experience supporting planning with Project Managers, Program Managers, and delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of scheduling principles, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Experience monitoring schedule health and identifying risks, issues, and impacts.
• Experience producing schedule reports, dashboards, and governance packs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and initiatives.
• Experience with scheduling/portfolio tools such as MS Project or similar.
• Experience in government, defence, or regulated delivery environments would be highly regarded.
• Experience contributing to bid, proposal, implementation, or transition planning would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project and program schedules across multiple client engagements.
• Collaborate with Project/Program Delivery leads to capture, sequence, and schedule delivery activities.
• Establish baselines, milestones, dependencies and critical path analysis.
• Monitor schedule health and identify risks, issues, bottlenecks and delivery impacts.
• Produce schedule reports and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders.
• Support governance forums with schedule status information.
• Ensure alignment between project schedules, resource plans and delivery priorities.
• Participate in project planning workshops and scheduling reviews.
• Coordinate schedule changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Support bid and proposal activities with scheduling input.
