Job summary

Showtime Consulting Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Bid Planning & Scheduling Manager to join our Sales and Pursuit team in Australia. This hands-on role focuses on developing delivery schedules, workforce mobilisation plans, transition strategies, and implementation roadmaps for major government and national security bids.

You will collaborate with Capture Managers, Solution Architects, Delivery Leaders, and Executives to ensure proposed solutions are realistic, cost-effective, and aligned to

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, program scheduling, PMO or delivery planning.
• Experience supporting bids, tenders, proposals, or capture activities.
• Strong scheduling skills using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop delivery schedules, mobilisation plans, and transition roadmaps for major bids.
• Work with Capture Managers, Architects, and Delivery SMEs to define executable delivery approaches.
• Create resource plans, staffing profiles, and workforce mobilisation strategies.
• Analyse dependencies, risks, assumptions, and critical milestones.
• Lead planning workshops and support pursuit governance activities.
• Produce proposal artefacts including implementation plans, timelines, and resource models.
• Support customer presentations, clarifications, and solution workshops.
• Drive continuous improvement across planning and scheduling practices.
