Job summary

Whizdom is seeking a Project Scheduler/PMO specialist in Canberra to support large-scale transformations. You will develop, maintain, and analyse integrated project schedules across programmes, using Deltek OPP and Jira to align with Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

You will produce executive dashboards, manage RAID and governance reporting, and coordinate with vendors and program managers. The role requires at least 2 years in project scheduling within enterprise environments and strong

Qualifications

• Deltek OPP to build and manage complex project schedules.
• Experience translating schedules into Agile delivery plans, epics, and roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in project/program scheduling within large-scale environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement communicated to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyse integrated project schedules.
• Perform schedule health checks, variance analysis, and 'what-if' scenario modelling.
• Support PMO governance, RAID management, and status reporting.
• Coordinate with program managers, vendors, and technical teams.
• Produce executive-level dashboards, milestone reporting, and planning artefacts.
• Demonstrated experience using Deltek OPP to build and manage complex project schedules.
• Experience with Jira and translating project schedules into Agile delivery plans, epics, and roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
