You will develop strategies, visit sites and manage customer relationships to deliver profitable outcomes. You will work with senior management to balance opportunities with capacity, provide market insights, and lead negotiations.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership experience in quarrying, construction, civil, or related sectors.
• Strong negotiation and contracting abilities with commercial acumen.
• Solid CRM usage and reporting experience.
• Understanding of pricing, margins, budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to balance customer needs with operational capacity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and profitability.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and drive repeat business.
• Lead contract negotiations and commercial terms with customers.

• Coordinate with quarry and transport ops to align commitments with capacity.
• Resolve customer enquiries and escalations while maintaining service standards.

• Maintain CRM records and develop dashboards and reporting tools.
• Prepare performance reports covering revenue, margins, and pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSEQ and regulations.
