Woolworths Group in Sydney is seeking a Performance and Reward Partner to shape and manage total reward programs for emerging businesses and international hubs. You will be a strategic adviser ensuring rewards attract, motivate and retain top talent in a competitive market.

You’ll design innovative reward strategies, support governance for majority-owned entities, and lead STI and LTI planning while benchmarking against market trends across the group.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in reward and incentive plan design.
• Experience managing the full reward lifecycle from strategy to evaluation.
• Experience developing reward programs for emerging businesses in fast-paced environments.
• Experience leading reward aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Design innovative reward strategies aligned with business needs and growth.
• Prepare board papers and governance processes for majority-owned entities.
• Develop and implement STI and LTI plans.
• Provide expert advice on benchmarking, job evaluations, and market trends.
• Manage salary planning, bonuses, and LTI grants for majority-owned entities, and supporting emerging businesses and international hubs.
