Job summary

The University of Western Australia is seeking a dedicated Support Officer (Research Infrastructure Partnerships) to coordinate projects and provide governance and contract support within the Office of Research. You will engage stakeholders across researchers, industry partners and senior leaders to advance research infrastructure priorities.

Qualifications

• Preparation of reports, briefings and business documentation.
• Ability to analyse information and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience administering programs, projects or initiatives in a service-oriented environment.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online information management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support projects contributing to the University’s research infrastructure priorities, ensuring activities are delivered efficiently and stakeholder outcomes are achieved.
• Provide high-level administrative and governance support, including committee coordination, reporting, business case development, funding submissions and contract administration.
• Support stakeholder engagement, communications and events that showcase UWA’s research infrastructure capabilities to researchers, industry partners and the broader research community.
