Job summary

Whitehorse City Council is seeking an Organisational Reporting Analyst to design clear reporting standards, meaningful KPIs and useful dashboards across the organisation. You will translate complex data into practical insights to support better decisions and build trusted relationships with leaders to help staff use data with confidence.

The role is based at the Nunawading Civic Centre in Melbourne's eastern suburbs and reports to the Manager Integrity and Performance for a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Experience in organisational performance, business analytics or corporate reporting.
• Ability to turn complex information into practical insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across levels.
