Job summary

Yarra Ranges Council is seeking a Corporate Performance Business Partner to support organisational performance, planning and reporting. You will analyse data, develop dashboards in Power BI, and provide evidence-based advice to inform decision making across the Council.

You will coordinate the Annual Report, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to corporate reporting platforms. The role is full-time with hybrid work options and a salary in the advertised range.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing, interpreting and presenting data to support informed decision making.
• Ability to develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI.
• Strong data visualization skills to present complex information clearly.
• Experience collecting, validating and managing data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
• Ability to identify trends, issues and opportunities through analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and present information through dashboards, reports and visualisations to track performance.
• Support planning, reporting and performance management across Council.
• Coordinate Council's Annual Report and Local Government Performance Reporting Framework.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and ensure data quality and accessibility.
