Job summary

Whitehorse City Council is seeking an Organisational Reporting Analyst to design clear reporting standards, meaningful KPIs and useful dashboards across the organisation. You will translate complex data into practical insights to support better decisions and build trusted relationships with leaders to help staff use data with confidence.

The role is based at the Nunawading Civic Centre in Melbourne's eastern suburbs and reports to the Manager Integrity and Performance for a full-time position.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across levels.

About the role:

You will work with leaders and teams across Council to design clear reporting standards, meaningful KPIs, useful dashboards and simple processes that make performance information easier to understand and act on.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex information, building trusted relationships and helping others use data with confidence.

About you:

You bring experience in organisational performance, business analytics, corporate reporting or Strategy.

You are analytical, curious and confident turning complex information into practical insights that support better decisions.

You will be comfortable using reporting tools and business intelligence systems, and you will know how to present information in a way that is easy to understand and act on.

Just as importantly, you will be a strong communicator who can build trusted relationships and support people at different levels of the organisation to use data with confidence.
