Job summary

Iress is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager to partner with financial-services clients, connecting their goals with Iress products. You will strengthen adoption, grow relationships and uncover opportunities to create lasting value for clients and Iress, whether managing a portfolio or leading strategic partnerships.

You’ll bring a relationship-first approach, excellent communication, and the ability to influence at different levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS or financial services, especially Wealth/Advice/Mortgages.
• Exposure to Xplan is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and ability to influence at senior levels.
• Excellent communication, organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted client relationships as a strategic adviser.
• Translate client insight into account plans and practical solutions.
• Grow and retain portfolio through renewals and additional solutions.
• Help clients maximise value from Iress products and new features.
• Coordinate across teams to meet complex client needs and adoption.
• Maintain revenue forecasts and contribute to senior-level planning.
• Ensure positive client experience by addressing issues with the right experts.
• Expand industry network and represent Iress at events.
