Job summary

ING Australia is seeking a Senior Analyst Regulatory Reporting to join the COO Data Delivery - Risk team. You’ll apply data-driven insights to design, build and deliver regulatory reporting solutions that support governance and risk management.

Reporting to the Manager - Regulatory Reporting, you’ll partner with Risk, Finance, Data, Technology and Projects to ensure accurate APRA reporting, data quality and governance, while supporting regulatory change, testing and production support.

Qualifications

• Understanding of regulatory requirements and APRA prudential standards.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Clear communication with stakeholders across Risk, Finance, Data & IT.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver APRA regulatory returns accurately, completely, and on time.
• Execute reporting controls, data quality checks, reconciliations, and trend analysis.
• Investigate reporting issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive remediation.
• Act as SME for regulatory requirements, reporting methodologies, and data definitions.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Data, Technology, and Operations to enhance reporting outcomes.
• Support regulatory change initiatives and governance.
