Job summary

ING Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst Regulatory Reporting to lead regulatory reporting within the COO Data Delivery - Risk team. You will apply data-driven insights to design solutions, support APRA reporting, and drive accurate, timely disclosures across the credit lifecycle.

Reporting to the Manager - Regulatory Reporting, you will partner with Risk, Finance, Data, Technology and Project teams, oversee reconciliations, data quality, and governance, and contribute to change

Qualifications

• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to credit risk and APRA reporting standards.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and data quality remediation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver APRA regulatory returns accurately and on time.
• Execute reporting controls, data quality checks, reconciliations, and trend analysis.
• Investigate reporting issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive remediation.
• Act as SME for regulatory requirements, reporting methodologies, and data definitions.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Data, Technology, and Operations teams to improve reporting outcomes.
• Support regulatory change initiatives and governance improvements.
