Qualifications

• 8-15 years' experience in HRBP, ER or HR generalist roles.
• Experience supporting Australia and NZ within regional or multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and practices.
• Exposure to organisational change, workforce planning and consultation processes.
• Experience supporting talent, performance and employee development programmes.
• Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management capability.

Responsibilities

• Regional HR Business Partnering & Advisory: act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees across ANZ; provide practical advice on complex people and organisational matters; support key people programmes; collaborate with HR Operations and stakeholders; coach managers; use data to identify trends and practical solutions.
• Employee Relations & Compliance: manage ER matters including investigations, grievances and disciplinary issues; lead exit processes; work with Legal on high-risk matters; ensure compliance with Australian/New Zealand employment requirements.
• Organisational Change & Workforce Management: support workforce planning and design; partner with managers through change; translate regional/global initiatives locally; support consultation and change management; guide leaders on people implications.
• Talent & Employee Experience: support talent reviews and development initiatives; coach on performance and development conversations; monitor engagement and workforce data; enhance employee experience and organisational effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Management & Project Delivery: build relationships with leaders; lead HR projects; operate autonomously; provide practical HR recommendations; share best practices across HR.
