Latrobe Regional Health is seeking a strategic Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross-organisational programs across the Gippsland Local Health Service Network. You will work with regional executives, clinicians and partners to drive planning, governance and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Project Management or related field, or equivalent senior PM experience.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale projects in healthcare, government or public sector.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with ability to link outcomes to system objectives.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership across multiple organisations.
• Experience in governance, risk management, change management, and benefits realisation.

Responsabilités

• Lead and deliver strategically significant regional projects and change initiatives, ensuring alignment with GLHSN priorities, governance requirements, timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, project plans, milestones, risk registers, stakeholder engagement strategies, benefits realisation plans, and reporting processes.
• Provide strategic analysis, business case development, options assessments, briefing papers, and recommendations to support governance decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with health service executives, clinicians, government agencies, project sponsors and regional partners.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, consultation, facilitation, change management, and implementation activities to support adoption and sustainability.
• Monitor project performance, risks, dependencies and benefits, providing timely reporting and mitigation strategies.
