Job summary

Latrobe Regional Health is seeking a strategic Program Manager to lead complex, cross-organisational programs across Gippsland. You will work with the Regional Manager – Strategy and Governance, executives, and health services to drive planning, governance, and delivery of initiatives that improve access, workforce capability, quality and system performance.

The role requires strong governance, change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Health, Business, Public Administration, or related field, or equivalent senior project management experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale or complex projects in healthcare/government/public sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive reports and briefing papers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategically significant regional projects and change initiatives with adherence to governance, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, plans, milestones, risk registers, and stakeholder strategies.
• Provide strategic analysis, business cases, options assessments, and executive briefings.
