Job summary

Forbes Shire Council is seeking a Revenue Officer to join the Corporate Services Department. You will coordinate the timely preparation of rates levy, supplementary levies and support debt recovery and reporting to the Financial Accountant.

In this role you will deliver property valuation services and maintain rating policies and systems to meet statutory requirements. You will work as part of the Finance / Revenue team to ensure accurate information for customers and Council decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in rates administration or local government finance.
• Strong accuracy and customer service skills.
