Job summary

Transport for NSW seeks a Transport Senior Service Manager (TSSM) to lead major rail infrastructure programs in NSW. Based in Macquarie Park or Sydney CBD, you will drive multi-disciplinary delivery from concept through commissioning, upholding governance, safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate planning, design, procurement, construction and testing across delivery partners, ensuring value for money and strong stakeholder engagement. A proactive, strategic leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of complex rail/infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with governance and assurance, safety, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex railway infrastructure programs across the project lifecycle.
• Manage front-end development, investment assurance, delivery and commissioning.
• Oversee governance, assurance, safety, quality; ensure on-time delivery and value for money.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder environments and manage interfaces with State and Federal partners.
• Drive planning, design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning to successful outcomes.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
