Job summary

Agrifutures is seeking an experienced Property Analyst to join the property finance team. You will be responsible for end-to-end property accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The role requires strong Excel skills, leasing interpretation, and CPA/CA qualifications, with oversight of the MRI system and collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in owner-operated property accounting.
• Strong financial and tax accounting experience within the property sector.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis experience.
• Ability to interpret lease agreements and translate terms into financial outcomes.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• CA or CPA qualified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end property financial reports.
• Take full ownership of end-to-end property accounting, including tax considerations.
• Oversee property management system (MRI) data setup and approvals.
• Ensure accurate tenant billings, collections and related communications with Property Managers.
• Develop and improve systems for analysing property performance and value.
• Manage end-to-end lease administration and rent rolls.
