Victoria Police is seeking a VPS 4 Project Officer to support the RCIMPI response within the Legal Services Division. You will coordinate governance, policy, and project documentation, while liaising with internal units and external stakeholders to meet RCIMPI obligations.

The role requires a tertiary degree, demonstrated policy development experience, and strong analytical writing and communication skills to prepare high level reports and briefs under tight deadlines.

Formación

• Experience developing policies, legislation, submissions, or strategic documents.
• Ability to provide advice to senior management on policy, governance and strategy.
• Strong written communication skills for high level reports and briefs.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage complex projects under tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Input into governance, policy and project documentation for Victoria Police executive and stakeholders.
• Update project plans, trackers and records; maintain files for working groups and steering committees.
• Provide verbal and written advice to senior management using sound judgement.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to fulfil RCIMPI obligations.
• Contribute to policy, strategy and project submissions in response to RCIMPI requests or findings.
