Victoria Police is seeking a Senior Project Officer within the RCIMPI Response Taskforce to coordinate audit and governance processes, develop policy and project documentation, and support senior management with high-level briefings.

The role requires leading a project unit, maintaining trackers, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic legal services environment.

Formación

• Tertiary degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in justice and/or law enforcement is highly regarded.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior management.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with national security vetting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of governance, policy and project documentation.
• Update project plans, trackers, and prepare high-level reports.
• Coordinate stakeholder consultation and negotiations.
• Provide formal written and verbal advice to senior management.
• Oversee project unit staff and ongoing data reporting.
• Support the Project Manager on policy and strategy submissions.
