Job summary

SCU Design, Build, Fly is seeking highly organized, analytical and strategic professionals to join our Project Management and Corporate Strategy team. You will manage strategic initiatives, develop project plans, budgets and timelines, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver on time and within scope.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Project Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in project management, consulting, business analysis, corporate strategy, operations, or related field is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with internships, academic projects, or analytical experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of project management principles, business planning, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Microsoft Project is an advantage.
  • Strong research and data analysis capabilities.
  • Ability to develop clear business presentations, reports, and recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic and business projects.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and support corrective actions.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry research to support strategic planning.
  • Analyze business performance, operational metrics, financial data, and market trends.
  • Prepare management reports, presentations, dashboards, and strategic recommendations.
  • Support the development and implementation of corporate strategies and business initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, operational improvement, and market expansion.
  • Conduct business cases, scenario analysis, and feasibility assessments for new initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs and strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and track action items.
  • Coordinate with senior management and stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
  • Assist with annual planning, budgeting, forecasting and organizational performance reviews.
  • Maintain project documentation, strategic plans, risk registers, and performance reports.
  • Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to increase business efficiency.
  • Support change management and implementation of strategic initiatives across the organization.
