Job summary

UniSC invites applications for a senior program leader to oversee a statewide business short courses project funded by government. You will lead end-to-end delivery, governance, and continuous improvement across multiple cohorts and locations, ensuring quality outcomes and compliance with university and government requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering blended or HyFlex programs across multiple locations and cohorts.
• Strong expertise in project governance, risk management and operational improvement.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build productive relationships with academic, industry and government stakeholders.
• Experience using educational technologies and learning management systems to support engaging learning outcomes.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing high-level reports and project documentation.
• Financial and workforce management capability, including budget oversight and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery, performance and continuous improvement of a statewide business short courses project, ensuring quality outcomes for participants and stakeholders.
• Build and lead a high-performing team while overseeing course delivery, educational technologies, resource planning and operational excellence across multiple cohorts and locations.
• Develop strong partnerships with government, industry and university stakeholders, providing strategic advice, governance, reporting and risk management to support program success.
• Manage budgets, systems and performance frameworks, using data and stakeholder insights to drive innovation, accountability and long-term sustainability.
