Job summary

Knox City Council is seeking a Project Manager to join the Strategy and Transformation Team at Knox Civic Centre. You will build relationships with business stakeholders and deliver projects that support the organisation's strategic outcomes.

This full-time Band 7 role offers flexibility while meeting operational needs, with a salary range of $115,162 to $129,157 plus super. You will lead initiations, business cases, planning, governance, delivery and benefits realisation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering complex projects across transformation, change and technology domains.
• Autonomous Project Manager with responsibility for initiation, business case development, planning, governance, delivery and closure.
• Experience applying formal PM methodologies and governance to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and benefits.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with executives, leaders, SMEs and external vendors.
• Experience leading organisational change and managing people, process and technology impacts.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, procurement and vendor management.
• Experience delivering business and technology outcomes within complex environments.

Responsibilities
