Knox City Council is seeking a Project Manager to join the Strategy and Transformation Team at Knox Civic Centre. You will drive the design and delivery of projects that support Knox's strategic outcomes and provide value to the Knox community.

The role requires autonomous delivery with strong governance and stakeholder engagement. You will report to the Portfolio Office Lead, work with PMs and BAs, and operate within a flexible full-time arrangement that supports operational needs and team

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience delivering complex projects across business transformation, organisational change and technology domains.
• Autonomous project management from initiation to closure including business case, planning and governance.
• Proven governance framework usage for scope, schedule, budget, risks and benefits realization.
• Strong stakeholder management with executives and external vendors.
• Experience leading organisational change and people, process and technology impacts.

• Deliver projects aligned to Knox's strategic outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to ensure value delivery.
• Lead project lifecycle from initiation through closure with governance and reporting.
