Job summary

Western Australia Police Force is seeking a proactive Project Manager to join a multi-disciplinary team and deliver intelligence, communications, technology and data‑driven initiatives that support frontline policing across Western Australia.

You will oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, including scope, schedule, risks and dependencies, manage capital and recurrent budgets, and build strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors to maximise value and safety for officers.

Responsibilities

• End to end management of projects including scope, schedule, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Oversight of capital and recurrent budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and compliance with financial and procurement requirements.
• Strategic planning and contribution to portfolio level outcomes aligned to department priorities.
• Proactive stakeholder and relationship management across leadership, units, ICT, corporate services, vendors and interagency partners.
• Monitoring industry trends, emerging technologies and best practice approaches relevant to policing, intelligence, communications and analytics to inform project decisions.
