Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to oversee projects from bidding through to completion on a site in Beaudesert, QLD. The role requires strong knowledge of steel construction processes and the ability to manage multiple tasks within a small team.

The successful candidate will prepare estimates, bid packages and proposals, and coordinate with workshop and installation teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management for steel construction projects.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and drawings.
• Source and prepare cost estimates, bid packages and proposals.
• Analyse labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Manage project from award to completion.
• Track RFIs, change orders, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with workshop, installation manager, subcontractors and clients.
• Conduct site visits and monitor progress.
