Job summary

Worldline Australia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver complex business and technology initiatives within our PMF. You will plan, execute and govern projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and real value for customers.

Reporting to the Head of Product and Projects, you will drive PID creation, risk management, stakeholder engagement and governance across the project lifecycle, while maintaining rigorous documentation and audit trails.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering projects in corporate or technology environments.
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure and post-project review.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, governance frameworks and the project management triangle.
• Experience working with PMO frameworks, including Quality Gates and Project Steering Committee governance.
• Familiarity with Planview and SAP for financial tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive Project Initiation Documents (PIDs) including scope, schedules, budgets and WBS.
• Register and maintain project information in a central repository with complete documentation.
• Manage day-to-day execution, coordinating work packages and tracking progress to objectives.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality criteria and handover with formal sign-off.
• Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies and changes with mitigation plans.
