Job summary

Care Connect Group in Australia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic and operational projects within the PMO, driving end-to-end delivery from scope definition through to business-as-usual transition.

You will work with senior leaders to guide governance, manage risks, and deliver meaningful outcomes that improve service quality and operational efficiency across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in project delivery roles.
• Experience in healthcare, aged care or public sector environments.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Health Informatics or similar.
• Project management or change certification (Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK, PROSCI) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of projects (scope, schedule, budget and outcomes).
• Translate business needs into project plans, requirements and deliverables.
• Monitor performance, risks and financials to keep projects on track.
• Develop artefacts including plans, RAID logs and reports.
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Deliver projects focused on business improvement and organisational change.
• Ensure governance, compliance and reporting across all projects.
• Support change management and transition to operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO frameworks, tools and practices.
