Coliban Water in Victoria seeks a Project Governance lead to ensure projects meet governance, legal, regulatory and risk requirements, with a focus on rural water system reconfiguration under the Water Act and on customer payment and incentive programs.

You will lead a 5–6 person team, prepare reports, manage budgets and risks, and drive change management and process improvements while safeguarding quality, safety and environmental standards.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in project governance, compliance or program management.
• Experience leading teams in complex project environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management and public sector expectations.

Aufgaben

• Prepare reports, committee papers and governance documentation.
• Support governance committees and meetings.
• Manage budgets and financial reporting.
• Monitor project performance and outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Oversee legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Support organisational change initiatives and process improvements.
• Maintain risk registers and project records.
• Ensure quality, safety and environmental standards are met.
• Lead and develop a team of 5–6 staff and provide coaching.
