Job summary

ASC is seeking a Project Delivery Specialist to lead strategic projects across multiple workstreams, engaging senior leaders, operational teams and stakeholders to deliver sustainable business outcomes.

You will manage schedules, risks, governance and reporting, driving continuous improvement, performance and organisational capability in a fast-paced, complex environment. A National Police Clearance and Australian Defence NV1 clearance are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level or higher qualification in a relevant field.
Proven ability to deliver complex projects with measurable outcomes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and delivery of strategic projects with defined governance frameworks.
Manage schedules, risks, dependencies, issues, and escalation pathways.
Establish delivery tools, dashboards, and reporting for visibility of progress.
Report clearly to stakeholders on progress, risks, and decisions.
Foster relationships with internal and external partners to support execution.
Inspire cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
