Job summary

Ertech is seeking an experienced Project Controls Engineer to join our Resources team, based at our Wangara office in Western Australia. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will oversee cost control, cash flow, forecasting and financial reporting across projects, supporting commercial outcomes through effective cost management and contract compliance.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant industry experience in civil/construction projects
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Strong commercial and contract management knowledge
• Ability to identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities
• Ability to obtain and maintain National Police Clearance

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project cost reports, cash flow forecasts and cost-to-complete forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets and cost variances.
• Prepare and track progress and variation claims and contractual entitlements.
• Review subcontractor/supplier claims and payment recommendations.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and forecasts.
• Ensure contract compliance and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
