Amazon is seeking a results-driven Program Manager to support configuring our network and delivering NL initiatives within the fulfillment network. This role dives into data, identifies issues, and collaborates with multiple teams to build scalable solutions.

You’ll coordinate with Operations and Central NL, drive cross-functional projects, and lead configuration updates across sites and stations. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, it offers exposure to world-class tools and a dynamic logistics

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including tech and non-tech.
• Strong data-driven approach with metrics usage.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations and Central NL teams to identify gaps and control losses.
• Configure sites and stations by updating settings and launching new tools.
• Work on launches of new buildings and areas of the business.
• Deep-dive issues across locations in Australia and APAC.
• Communicate results to senior leadership.
