Here at Amazon we're seeking a results driven Program Manager to support both configuring our network and delivery of our Network Loss (NL) initiatives across a specific areas within our fulfillment network. This role will be diving into detail, identifying issues and working with multiple teams on building solutions.
This position can be based from either Sydney or Melbourne.
As Program Manager, you’ll be working in collaboration with both Operations and Central NL teams in identifying gaps while keeping strong control on losses triggered by operations utilizing tech, tools and metrics developed by rest of world central programs.
As a configuration manager, you'll be working with multiple teams to update current settings across our sites & stations, work on exciting launches of new tools & processes. This work can be extended to launches of new buildings, new areas of the business and is an exciting opportunity on getting first hand experience of what a multi faceted, integrated warehouse management system looks like.
In this role you will be deep diving issues at stations, on the road, under the roof and anywhere between. You will be looking into the raw data, identifying root causes and working with multiple stakeholders. These stakeholders extend out across the whole of Australia, APAC and beyond! The opportunities to work with both talented teams & high spec tools is second to none.
