Job summary

UniSC is expanding an Enterprise Portfolio and Delivery Office and seeks an experienced Manager, Organisational Change and Benefits Realisation. You will lead development of enterprise change management and benefits realisation frameworks, embedding effective practices across the University’s strategic initiatives and ensuring adoption and value delivery.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience leading organisational change management and benefits realisation initiatives.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate strategy into practical outcomes.
Experience operating in complex federated or matrix environments with governance exposure.

Responsibilities

Lead and enhance UniSC's change and benefits realisation frameworks across the portfolio.
Partner with business owners, sponsors and delivery teams to support adoption and readiness.
Embed change and benefits requirements into project delivery frameworks and governance activities.
Provide guidance, coaching and quality assurance to change practitioners across the portfolio.
Develop an enterprise-wide view of change impacts and adoption risk for prioritisation and planning.
Advise leaders on business readiness and benefits realisation; measure adoption and sustainment.
Support measurement of realised benefits to strengthen portfolio performance.
