The New South Wales Premier's Department – Mascot NSW is seeking a Senior Principal Project Officer to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across Reform and Innovation. You will drive governance, performance, and the delivery of high‑priority programs while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.

The role requires experience in financial management, project governance, and cross‑portfolio reporting, with a focus on Aboriginal Affairs.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within government reform programs.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong governance, risk and financial management skills.
• Experience in policy analysis and government submissions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across Reform and Innovation.
• Oversees governance, performance, and delivery of key priorities.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary teams and complex programs of work.
• Manages financial performance, project governance, risk and reporting.
• Engages with Commonwealth and State agencies and stakeholders to support decision‑making.
• Supports Aboriginal Affairs in delivering government priorities.
