Queensland Government is seeking a Program Manager to provide strategic leadership across three key functions: publishing of technical publications, E&T Connect SharePoint design and management, and technical training development. Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience leading complex programs, functions or multidisciplinary teams, including planning and delivery of competing work programs.
• Provide strategic and authoritative advice on governance, knowledge management, digital information systems or business improvement initiatives.
• Engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders to build productive relationships and achieve outcomes.
• Establish governance, quality assurance and performance frameworks to improve information management and service delivery.
• Lead change, manage resources and develop high-performing teams.
