Principal Consultant at Emanate Technology | Project Services

Initial 12‑month contract + possible extension. South Brisbane. Hybrid and flexible working available.

In partnership with a leading education provider, Emanate Technology is looking for an outcomes‑driven Program Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of a large‑scale education strategy implementation program.

What you’ll be doing

• Scoping program objectives and delivery roadmaps aligned to strategic priorities
• Coordinating multiple interdependent projects, shared resources and delivery schedules
• Overseeing end‑to‑end program execution to agreed scope, budget, timeline and quality
• Managing program‑level financials, risks, issues and mitigation strategies
• Partnering with senior leaders, subject matter experts and cross‑functional teams
• Driving governance, reporting and executive‑level steering committee engagement
• Supporting change management, communications and stakeholder engagement activities
• Embedding quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement practices

What you need to bring

• Experience delivering complex programs or large, multi‑project initiatives
• Demonstrated capability delivering outcomes within formal governance and PMO environments
• Proven background delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies
• Strong track record delivering executive reporting and stakeholder engagement
• Sound expertise delivering financial oversight, risk and dependency management
• Ability delivering strategic objectives through structured, measurable program plans
• Confidence delivering leadership across multidisciplinary, cross‑functional teams

• Experience delivering programs within education, government or public‑sector settings
• Background delivering transformation or strategy implementation initiatives
• Exposure delivering change programs in complex, regulated environments

Important to know

• You must have a valid C class driver's licence.
• You must have the ability to obtain and maintain a national police check.
• You must hold or be eligible to hold a Positive Notice Blue Card for working with children.
