Job summary

Southern NSW Local Health District is seeking a Health Manager Level 3 to lead senior procurement functions within the Procurement and Contract Management Office, NSLHD. The role focuses on procurement planning, tender and quotation management, data analysis and reporting to drive value for money.

You will coordinate activities across NSLHD and HealthShare NSW, analyse contract data, develop project plans and monitor performance. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in procurement, contracts, business or related field.
• Experience analysing procurement/financial data and turning it into recommendations.
• Experience planning procurement projects, including tenders/quotations.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior operational procurement functions including planning, tender/quotation management, and reporting.
• Plan, coordinate and execute procurement activities across categories and projects with stakeholders.
• Analyse procurement and contract data to identify opportunities and savings.
• Ensure compliance with NSW Health, NSW Government and NSLHD requirements.
