Northern Sydney Local Health District seeks a Property Manager to drive and implement property management strategies across NSLHD. You will oversee complex leasing, land dealings and asset planning to maximise rental returns and reduce risks.

What you'll be doing
The Property Manager will drive and implement property management strategies across NSLHD, perform complex strategic property retail and non‑retail leasing, land dealing and asset planning analysis to identify opportunities forbest practice property management, maximise rental return to NSLHD and reduce property related risks in NSLHD. Specifically, the Property Manager will manage all NSLHD property leasing, valuation, land dealings and planning matters, and provide the central liaison point with the Ministry of Health and/ or Health Infrastructure for all propertyprocurement and disposal functions.
The Property Manager will provide high level advice to the District on property and lease options to enhance spaceutilisation and property management in line with service requirements.
The role will require widespread stakeholder engagement and will need to ensure compliance with Ministry of Healthand NSLHD policies and guidelines while seeking to adopt innovative, best practice property management solutions.
The role will work closely with the NSLHD Strategic Procurement and Contracts team and develop joint proposals forongoing contracts management within NSLHD.
